Macrotech Developers would augment its investment on construction of projects to over Rs 5,000 crore in the current financial year, which is in line with growth in sales and new supply. The company has set a target to deliver more than 10,000 apartments during this period.
The company is developing housing projects across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru. In particular, it will expand its presence in the IT city. It would also evaluate whether to do a pilot housing project in one more major tier-I city. Furthermore, it will launch more projects and also add more land parcels for future development through outright acquisitions as well as partnerships with landowners to maintain ts growth trajectory.
Macrotech Developers handed over around 8,500 units to customers during 2023-24 and the target is to scale it up to more than 10,000 units. During the 2024-25, the company has set a target to sell properties worth Rs 17,500 crore during the current fiscal, a 21 percent growth from the previous year.
The company has also added new projects of over Rs 20,000 crore during the last financial year, and had good pre-sales showcasing its brand strength and operational prowess.
Macrotech Developers is currently developing more than 110 million sq. ft. of real estate under its ongoing and planned portfolio.
